These necklaces (from the first to the last photo) were handmade using polymer clay and:
1. a rainbow moonstone cabochon and a herkimer diamond
2. an amethyst cabochon and a skeletal amethyst point
These items measure almost at 3,8 cm. x 3,5 cm. x 3,8 cm. They come with a simple wax coated cord that you can adjust to get the desired necklace length.
