Do you ship internationally?

Yes I do. All packages are shipped from Greece with ELTA (mail service) as A’ Priority with Tracking Service. If you would like a courier option, don't hesitate to contact me.

Customs:

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply upon arrival. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

How long will it take for my order to be dispatched?

It takes me maximum 5 working days to ship an order.

When will my order be delivered?

Delivery times will vary depending on the time of year but here is an estimate:

Greece: 1-2 Business Days

Europe: 8-10 Business Days

Rest of the world: 10-25 Business Days

Do I need a Paypal account to check out from your shop?

No need for a Paypal account. Paypal is just the check out engine to provide a secure transaction. You can use any card and check out as a guest.

Do you take custom orders?

I absolutely do but only for polymer clay jewelry! If you would like to discuss a custom, please feel free to contact me through the contact form in my website or via Instagram.

How long do custom orders take?

Time will vary based on the design and the gemstones requested.

How do payments work with custom orders?

I take a deposit for half of the cost upfront. The balance is then due once the piece has been created. I use paypal invoices for this process. It protects both myself and the customer and is a great way to keep track of everything. If you don't have a paypal account, you can pay the invoice using your card and your purchase is still protected.

Cancellation Policy:

I gladly accept cancellations. Please contact me within 24h of your purchase for your order to be cancelled and refunded. After this time your order cannot be changed, as it's already prepared for shipping.

Return Policy:

At this moment all sales are final and returns or exchanges are not accepted. Please make sure you carefully check all details, product description and photos, and read shop policies before payment.
